REKABO studioでは、すべてのご注文について原則としてお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。ご購入前に商品詳細を必ずご確認ください。
■ 不良品・破損・誤配送については、 商品到着後3日以内に注文番号と写真、返品理由を添えて下記までご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、適切に対応させていただきます。
■ 返品について 上記以外の理由による返品・交換は承っておりません。
■ 返金について 返品が承認された場合に限り、元の決済方法にて返金いたします。

Refund Policy
At REKABO studio, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference. Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.
■ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and the reason for the return. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
■ Returns
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reasons other than those stated above.
■ Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if the return is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
